The dining room table seats 12, plus there are 5 additional seats at the bar overlooking the kitchen and dining room.

Kick back in the casual living room. Listen to the radio, stereo, your ipod, and watch dvd's & HDTV through the audio video system with speakers on the 2nd floor balcony as well. All bedrooms have HDTV & dvd players. You can also bring your computer and access our wifi in Peace of Mind.

Our home is located on a dead-end street between Eastern lake and Deer Lake State Park. The only cars you find in this area are those going to vacation homes/condos or heading to the public beach access. There are no facilities at this access- so most beach goers are staying in homes nearby.

Your children will love to run, play, and bike around this area. You won't worry about them like you would with the traffic congestion on 30A.

There are dedicated bike paths all along 30a if you want to make the short trip (approx 2 miles) over to Seaside or (approx 4 miles) to Rosemary Beach.

You will love it here! We hope our home becomes your yearly vacation destination.

Panama City Beach is about 10 miles east of us and Destin is about 20 miles west. Your older children can have a big time heading down to the action in those beach towns if they need it. There are water parks and other amusing fun areas. You should check out the airboat rides just north of Panama city. We saw alligators and eagles in the wild.
